His expertise spans commercial high-rise construction to crafting custom homes, with international experience in New Zealand. Beyond work, Brendan enjoys surfing, traveling, and cherishing moments with his family. As a dedicated professional and family man, he brings a unique blend of skills and a global perspective to his role at Crockatt Contracting.

Project ManagerNicholas Lyne, a red seal ticketed carpenter and project manager with 15 years of experience, specializes in commercial concrete projects. Known for his exceptional work ethic and attention to detail, Nicholas has successfully overseen large-scale commercial ventures. Outside work, he embraces physical challenges, participating in hockey, ultra marathons, and mountain climbing. Despite his demanding professional and physical pursuits, Nicholas prioritizes family time, cherishing moments with his wife and son. His diverse skill set, commitment, and balance make him a valuable asset in the construction industry.
