We were sourcing out a company to build a very complicated deck for a swim spa. Unfortunately, we’ve been disappointed by builders we’ve hired in the past in terms of their quality of work and work ethic so we were very cautious this time. Thankfully Brendan and his crew were the right choice because they built us the most beautiful, and solid tiered deck we could have hoped for. The quality is top notch, and everyone working on the project was great to deal with. Brendan was very quick at responding to our questions or concerns, a great listener, detail oriented and arrived on site regularly to oversee the project. He was also flexible in terms of making a few last minute changes to the project. They also built us a really great shed after they finished the deck. This is a first class company you’ll be glad you hired!!

Brendan and team are the best. Brendan's general demeanor gave us comfort throughout the project and we always felt that he cared about us and cared that the result was what we wanted. I assumed for a project this size (9 month home expansion) that the budget and timeline would be wrong but he ended up being very accurate on both. For example, Brendan said to us he expected to finish in mid-November and we moved in November 16th. I couldn't believe the accuracy given he made that estimate in February. I highly recommend working with Brendan and Crockatt constructing.

Brendan and his team worked incredibly hard to build us our dream barn and were professional for the entirety of the project. Working with sport horses on the property meant they needed to be extra clean and tidy throughout the build and his whole team was very conscientious of this need. Brendan is creative and honest and his whole team has a great work ethic. I can’t recommend them enough!
